Our return and exchange policy applies to products with measurement errors or technical issues, such as holes, tears, or missing details like buttons.

  • In the case of a product with incorrect measurements, we will collect the product and inspect it. If the error is confirmed, we will promptly proceed with the return or exchange.
  • In the case of products with technical issues like tears, holes, or missing details like buttons, we will only accept returns or exchanges if you have a valid unboxing video. The unboxing video must clearly show all angles of the package before opening, followed by the process of opening the package and inspecting the product. We always record videos and take photos of our products before shipping. Therefore, we encourage you to record a video when unboxing your order.

The returned product must be unused (you are only allowed to try it on), unwashed, and undamaged. The packaging must also be kept intact. Please try on the product before washing it!

In cases where the wrong size was ordered due to your mistake, we will accept exchanges with the condition that you pay for the shipping costs. Alternatively, we can adjust the size for an additional fee.

Measurement errors for our products may be up to 1cm.


In cases where the error is on our part and you request a refund, we will notify you after verifying the issue. Once your request is confirmed, we will promptly transfer the refund.

Please note that you may be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the reason for the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect measurements or technical issues).
